30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, please send the item back in its original packaging and follow our return policy.
What are Eligible Products?
It must be in the same condition as it was sent to you (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, free from any signs of use, styling products or odor).
It must have all tags on and be in its original packaging.
The order must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Special orders, pre-cut orders and Discounted items are not eligible items.
Ineligible items will not be accepted and will be returned at your cost.
Exchange Policy
We offer one free exchange on all eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange your order a second time, a 5% restocking fee will apply.
If the exchange item costs more than your first order, you will be contacted to receive the difference in payment. Any exchange balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Your order can always be exchanged free of charge before it ships. Once shipped, it cannot be exchanged or canceled.
If you are not satisfied with the exchange, you can send it back for a refund or initiate a second exchange.
All customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
Monetary Refund:
- All refunds are subject to a restocking fee:
- Item value $150 or Less: $10 restocking fee
- Item Over $150: $15 restocking fee
- Item Over $500: $30 restocking fee
- Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order.
- Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received.
- Express shipping costs, international shipping costs, and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
- Any refused international packages and international automatic returns (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
Store Credit Refund:
- No restocking fee for a store credit refund. (Store credit cannot be refunded to your credit or debit card).
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped free of cost.
- Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order.
- Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Return Procedure
- Find the order you would like to return in “My Orders” after signing in.
- Click on “RETURN ITEMS”. Please be aware that if you cannot find the “RETURN ITEMS” button, that means your order might have exceeded 30 days after receipt.
- Fill out all the information needed for return and submit.
- When your return request has been approved, you will see the RAM number and the return address on the website and in the email sent to you.
- Return the product to the return address and update the tracking number online.
- Your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days after your return has been accepted. If you ask for an exchange, our customer service will contact you once the return has been received.
